Exercises
in between each exercise, complete 30 seconds of one of the following: Bosu Step ups, Bosu pop overs, or high knees
Flipped Bosu Back Bent over Rows
Clean and Press (low squat to shoulder overhead press)
Bridge Position -Butt Blast w/ mini band
Side Lunge with upright row
Lying skull crushers SS lying Chest press
Reverse lunge
Side planks on Bosu with hip pulses
Mountain CLimbers
Band Front Raises SS Band lateral Raise
Reverse crunches
Woodchopper w/ kettle ball
