Strength in Numbers
Today’s workout challenge is a 20 minute workout that incorporates all parts of the body. You will get a great total body workout with lots of weight lifting involved. We will not do any cardio during this workout, so in order to get the full benefit of the workout, get out and ride your bike, run, or swim.
You will need a stability ball, heavy set of weights, light set of weights, and a small band for your ankles.

Reverse Bridge Chest press with Leg extensions
Bent Over Rows
Adductor Walks
Shoulder Press
Deadlifts- heavy
Supermans
