Tabata Workout
Today’s workout features George Moultrie with The George Moultrie Experience Training Company. George is going to teach us a “Tabata” style workout based around crossfit modality that is going to focus on functional routine working on functional fitness in 25 minutes. We start with a warm-up and then get right to it. Follow along outside or in an open area in your house.
Workout: You will complete each of these functional exercises in a timed period with abs in between each exercise.
Equipment: Mat, something to mark your spot with as you walk 10 yds out from starting position, stop watch or clock
Level: Intermediate, Advanced
Time: 25 minutes
