Time’s a Tickin’
Instead of counting reps, race the clock. This workout is designed to push you to your limits. You are going to complete as many as you can in one minutes time. We are going to go through 10 exercises, so these should take you about 10-15 minutes to complete. If you are feeling really hardcore today, add one minute of running, jump squats, high knees, or step ups in between each exercise. This will be a way to ramp up your heart rate and burn another 100-150 calories on top of the exercises!!!
Workout: You will complete each exercise for 1 set each for 1 minute.
