BarBelles, keep in shape during the holidays with some of these fit tips:
- Assess yourself every 4 weeks
- Keep a nutrition journal and write down every single thing that crosses your lips
- Keep a workout log, including cardio workouts
- Boost heart rate with speed and interval training (which will burn more calories)
- Try something active that is fun and new
- Weigh yourself only on Mondays and Fridays (and always at the same time)
- Have someone take your body fat/measurements once a month
- Look for healthy new recipes to help spice up your world
- Set small goals each month and make sure you actually meet them, remember….NO EXCUSES
- When you are hungry, Eat fruits and vegetables and drink water
- Always stay hydrated
- Stretch and make sure you are flexible
- Take a day off for yourself and do nothing but read, rest, and relax!
