Totally Toned
Totally Toned is a total body, fat blasting, 10 minute workout. I was super busy yesterday with life and I wanted to get in a quick workout to burn some calories because I knew my husband was taking me out to dinner for our anniversary. So, I decided that this 10 minute plyo workout was a great meat to my sandwich of cardio. Here’s what I did:
10 minute hill climb on my bike
10 minute of totally toned
10 minutes sprinting on my bike
It was an incredible workout. I burned a little over 400 calories in just 30 short minutes.

Workout: Pushups, Squat Thrusts, Knee to elbow plank, squats. You will complete as many rounds as you can in a 10 minute time span.
Equipment: Mat
Level: Intermediate, Advanced
Time: 10 minutes
Cardio: Before doing this workout, complete a 10 minute hill climb on your bike or a jog. After you finish this workout, do another 10 minutes on your bike in sprint form or run quickly for 10 minutes.
