Work it girl!
“Work It Girl” combines cardiovascular intervals with weights, body weight exercises, and plyometrics. It uses every muscle and helps get you that toned, beach ready body! Get to work!
SB Wall Squats with Shoulder Press 2 x 20
Jumping Jack cardio interval- 60 seconds
Rear Delt Pulls with band 2 x 20
Quick step ups- 10 each leg
Sit Ups with weighted Punches 2 x 20
Slider (or paper plate/towel) Mountain Climbers- 15 each leg
Pump Lunges with Bicep curls 2 x 10 each leg
Jumping Jack cardio interval- 60 seconds
1 arm row with kickbacks 2 x 10each side
Pop Squats cardio- 15
1 legged SB hamstring curl 2 x 12each leg
High knees- 30 seconds
SB lower back extensions 2 x 20
Slider (or paper plate/towel) Mountain Climbers- 20 each leg
After completing this workout, I suggest getting in another 20 minutes of good cardio. My suggestion is to do a sprint interval jog.
You will jog 1 min, sprint 1 min, jog 1 min, sprint 1 min…….repeat until you reach 20 minutes. If you feel good, keep going and push yourself!
